Upon completion, there will be an additional three tenancies. Occupying two of these sites will be the Golf Warehouse and the Foodie Supermarket (a grand Asian supermarket).

The Site
Currently housing Bargain Chemist, one of New Zealand’s leading pharmacies providing customers with high-quality healthcare products at affordable prices.
As well as an entertainment facility Boulder Co. that offers the southern hemisphere’s largest bouldering facility, including state-of-the-art climbing walls, full fitness gym, café, bar and gear shop, all in one, massive air-conditioned compound.
The next stage is underway
Upon completion, a total of five tenancies will occupy this space directly adjacent MEGA Mitre 10 and the new quick service restaurants.
